Saluda River Grill began in 2010 as more than just a restaurant — it was a mission to bring new life to an old textile mill along the Saluda River. Randy and Angela Boggs left their careers to restore the last surviving mill from 1876, transforming it into a welcoming place where great food and genuine Southern hospitality come together. Today, that same spirit lives on in every meal we serve.
From our first day inside this historic mill, we’ve been dedicated to quality that you can taste. We honor timeless Southern recipes while always looking for fresh ways to surprise and delight you. Every dish starts with care, the finest ingredients, and a simple belief: that a meal shared around a table is one of life’s greatest pleasures.
At Saluda River Grill, we focus on doing the basics exceptionally well—serving food that’s fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. We source quality ingredients, including seasonal produce, premium meats, and fresh seafood, working with trusted suppliers whenever possible.
While availability can change and no kitchen is perfect, our standards never do. If a dish doesn’t meet the level of quality we expect, it simply won’t be served. Our goal isn’t perfection—it’s consistency, care, and a dining experience you can rely on every time you visit.
Great meals start with great ingredients. That’s why we prepare our dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients selected for flavor, quality, and consistency.
Our menu features a collection of house favorites, refined over time and prepared with attention to detail. These are the dishes our guests return for again and again.
